Why do I see APPS.5E.CR on my statement?
5e Labs builds OkFlow, Horato, and IrmaWP. Payments for these apps are processed by Paddle. Your bank may show Paddle together with APPS.5E.CR. Check your receipt to identify the app and plan.
Where can I find my receipt?
Paddle emails your receipt after a successful payment. Search your inbox for Paddle and the app name. If you cannot find it, our billing team can help.
How do I update my card or cancel?
Open billing settings in the app you subscribed to, or follow the subscription-management link in your Paddle email. This keeps changes tied to the right subscription.
Can I request a refund?
Contact our billing team with your app name and transaction reference. We will review your request against the applicable purchase terms.
