01Who is responsible

5e Creative Labs LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company operating from Costa Rica as 5e Labs, is responsible for the personal information we process for this site and our billing support. Contact soporte@5e.cr for privacy questions or requests.

This policy covers the shared billing site. Each app’s privacy policy describes its account, workspace and product data. Paddle is independently responsible for the personal data it processes for its checkout, payments, fraud prevention and legal obligations under its own privacy notice.

02Information we handle

The information depends on how you use the site:

  • Website requests: IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, time of access and diagnostic or security information collected by our hosting infrastructure.
  • Payment links: transaction references and related order information received from Paddle to identify the app and show the appropriate checkout or payment status.
  • Support: your name, email, app name, receipt reference and the messages or attachments you choose to send. We may consult relevant account and billing records to resolve your request.
  • Payment details: card and payment information is entered directly in Paddle’s checkout. We do not collect full card numbers or card security codes through a billing-site form. Please do not include them in support messages.

03Why we use this information

We use information to deliver the site, open the right checkout, assist with purchases, resolve support requests, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on taking steps requested before a contract and fulfilling a contract for billing and support; legitimate interests for site operation, security and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights; legal obligations for required records; and consent where required for optional processing.

04Providers and international processing

We share only information needed for the relevant purpose with hosting, infrastructure and support providers, and with Paddle for purchases. Authorized staff may access information to resolve your request. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and investigate fraud.

Our team operates from Costa Rica, our company is established in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

05Cookies and browser storage

This site does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Its fonts are served with the site. Choosing a language changes the page URL.

When a payment checkout opens, Paddle and its payment providers may use cookies, browser storage and device information for checkout operation, security and fraud prevention, as described in their notices. Browser controls let you manage cookies, although blocking necessary storage can prevent payment features from working. The individual app websites may have different cookie settings and policies.

06Retention and security

We retain support, billing and security information only for as long as needed for the purpose described, including applicable recordkeeping requirements, resolving disputes and preventing fraud. Retention depends on the type of record and legal obligations; there is no single retention period for all information.

We use access controls and technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risks. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep payment links private and send only the details needed to resolve a support request.

07Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.

Email us with your request and the app or transaction involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. For data controlled independently by Paddle, use the contact options in Paddle’s privacy notice.

08Children and policy updates

This billing site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information here.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date above identifies the current version; we will provide further notice or request consent where required.
