01Which purchases this covers
This policy explains billing support provided by 5e Creative Labs LLC through apps.5e.cr for OkFlow, Horato and IrmaWP. Your receipt identifies the app and payment provider for your purchase.
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record. Refunds are governed by Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy, the terms offered with your purchase and applicable law. The same 14-day full-refund promise applies when we sell through ONVO as an alternative payment processor.
0214-day refunds for all our apps
For OkFlow, Horato and IrmaWP, we offer a full refund of a payment if you request it within 14 calendar days after that payment date. This applies to initial subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, add-ons and usage charges, whether paid through Paddle or our alternative processor ONVO. Each payment has its own 14-day window; a later payment does not reopen the window for an earlier payment.
You do not need to give a reason. We do not deduct consumed tokens, credits or other software usage from a refund under this promise. We do not impose additional eligibility conditions or exclusions on this 14-day refund promise. Paddle purchases are also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.
After the 14-day window, we can still investigate duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, missing paid access and other billing issues. Refunds may remain available under applicable law, a more favorable purchase promise or the seller’s policy. Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, are not limited by this window.
03How to request a refund
For a Paddle payment, contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net or email our billing team. For an ONVO payment, email our billing team. For our 14-day refund promise, send your request within the window; it does not need to be processed or approved within that window. We can identify the purchase and coordinate the refund with the payment provider. Include:
- The app name: OkFlow, Horato or IrmaWP.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The receipt or transaction reference, purchase date and the charge you want refunded.
- Any details about a billing problem you would like us to investigate (optional for our 14-day refund promise).
04Processing your refund
We use your purchase details to locate the payment you want refunded. Never send your full card number, security code, password or API keys. The payment provider confirms the refund amount and handles the return through the applicable payment method.
The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and financial institution. A refund may end or adjust the access, credits or entitlements associated with the refunded purchase, as confirmed with that refund. Support credits, extensions and refunds are different remedies; a credit or extension does not replace a statutory refund right without a lawful agreement.
05Canceling a subscription
To stop future renewals, cancel in the app’s billing settings or use the subscription-management link from Paddle. If you cannot access these controls, contact support before your next renewal and keep the confirmation.
Canceling a subscription does not itself refund previous payments. A refund request does not itself cancel a subscription. Unless the purchase terms or refund outcome say otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. This does not reduce the full refund available within 14 days.
