Terms of service

The terms for using this shared billing site, and where to find the terms for your app and purchase.

Last updated:

01Who operates this site

apps.5e.cr is operated by 5e Creative Labs LLC, a Wyoming, United States limited liability company operating from Costa Rica under the 5e Labs brand. Contact our billing team at soporte@5e.cr.

These terms cover this app directory, pricing information, checkout entry pages and billing support. By using this site, you agree to these terms. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18, able to enter a contract and authorized to act for any organization you represent.

02Your app and these terms

OkFlow, Horato and IrmaWP are separate services with separate subscriptions. Each app’s terms govern its features, accounts, acceptable use, content and service limits. Links to those terms and privacy policies appear below.

These billing-site terms do not replace an app’s service agreement, your purchase offer or mandatory consumer rights. An app’s terms apply to use of that app; Paddle’s buyer terms apply to purchases made through Paddle. Any specific written agreement or more favorable refund promise included with your purchase remains applicable.

03Prices, payment and delivery

Our pricing page summarizes published base plans in USD. Check the app’s full pricing for allowances, promotions, usage charges and optional extras. Review the total, currency, taxes, billing period and any recurring charges shown before confirming a purchase.

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles the payment, applicable sales taxes and transaction documentation. We provide and support the software. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

Digital access is provided through the relevant app after successful payment is confirmed. If your payment succeeds but access is missing, contact us with the app name and receipt reference. Purchases completed through another provider follow the terms shown in that checkout.

04Renewals, changes and cancellation

Recurring plans renew at the interval disclosed when you subscribe until canceled. One-time purchases do not create a recurring subscription unless this is separately disclosed and accepted. Usage charges and add-ons follow the terms of the relevant app and order.

Manage your subscription in the app’s billing settings or through the management link provided by Paddle. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription renewals. Removing an integration, uninstalling an app or simply not using it does not cancel billing. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation controls.

Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period, unless your purchase terms, a refund or applicable law provide otherwise. Plan changes, prorations and price changes follow the applicable purchase terms and any required advance notice. Cancellation and refund requests are different actions; see our refund policy.

05Use the site responsibly

Provide accurate billing information, protect your account and payment links, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not access another customer’s order, bypass security controls, submit fraudulent claims or disrupt the site.

We may restrict use of this site where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or unlawful activity. This does not remove rights you have under your purchase agreement or applicable law. App access and suspension are governed by the app’s terms.

06Availability and your rights

We aim to keep billing information accurate and the site available, but maintenance, service interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if information is incorrect or a checkout does not work. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a separate service-level agreement for this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes statutory guarantees, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. Wyoming law governs these billing-site terms to the extent permitted by law; this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to competent courts where they live.

07Changes and contact

We may update these terms as this site or our services change. The date above identifies the current version. We will give additional notice or obtain consent where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

For a billing issue, include the app name and your receipt or transaction reference. Never email a complete card number, card security code or account password.
